What you'll do

• Own significant parts of the platform, from developer console to agent runtime
• Architect systems where AI agents execute tasks, manage state, and deploy applications
• Shape product decisions alongside the founders
• Experiment relentlessly: How much of development can we hand to agents? Where are the hard limits?

You were skeptical of AI coding tools at first.

You watched others widely overestimate the performance of these models and trust their results blindly.

But you saw the potential!

So you kept experimenting, testing new tools, new models, new workflows. You developed an intuition for when to intervene and how to build trust.

You experienced first hand the switch from a smart autocomplete to this alien technology and you're now obsessed with making it efficient, reliable and maximizing AI leverage.

Who we're looking for

You are a great fit if you are either:

• A backend developer with strong systems knowledge who can contribute to frontend development and DevOps.
• A frontend developer with an eye for UX and the ability to dive into the backend when needed.

Our stack: Bun, Deno, TypeScript, React, Python, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes.

Qualifications:

• Strong programming fundamentals and system design knowledge
• Proficient in TypeScript/React and Python
• Experience with modern web development practices and tools
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready code
• 3-5+ years of professional software development experience
• Familiarity with Python ML stack (PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.) is a plus
